The Special Educational Needs (Code of Practice) (Appointed Day) Order 2014

The Secretary of State for Education makes the following Order in exercise of the power conferred by sections 78(6) of the Children and Families Act 2014( 1 ).

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Special Educational Needs (Code of Practice) (Appointed Day) Order 2014.

Appointed Day

2. The day appointed for the coming into force of the “Special Educational Needs and Disability Code of Practice: 0 to 25 years” is 1st September 2014.
