The Bathing Water (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2014

The Secretary of State is designated( 1 ) for the purposes of section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972( 2 ) in relation to the environment.
The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by that section of that Act.
Title, commencement and application
1. β(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Bathing Water (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2014 and come into force on 1st October 2014.
(2) These Regulations apply to England.
Amendment of Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the Bathing Water Regulations 2013
2. β(1)Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the Bathing Water Regulations 2013( 3 ) is amended as follows
(2) In the appropriate places, insert the followingβ

(3) Omit the followingβ

(c) βCrinnis Leisure Centreβ;
(d) βRoan Headβ
(e) βSouthseaβ.
