The Secretary of State for Education makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 188(3) of the Education and Inspections Act 2006( 1 ).

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Education and Inspections Act 2006 (Commencement No. 8) Order 2014.

Provision coming into force on 8th September 2014

2. Section 170(2) of the Education and Inspections Act 2006 comes into force on 8th September 2014.
