The Secretary of State, with the consent of the Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 56(1) and (2) of the Finance Act 1973( 1 ) makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. —(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Passenger and Goods Vehicles (Recording Equipment) (Tachograph Card Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2014.

(2) These Regulations shall come into force on 31st October 2014.

Amendment of Regulations

2.The Passenger and Goods Vehicles (Recording Equipment) (Tachograph Card Fees) Regulations 2005( 2 ) are amended as follows—

(a) in the table in Schedule 1 (Driver Card Fees) for “£38” substitute “£32”;

(b) in the table in Schedule 2 (Company Card Fees) for “£38” substitute “£32”.
