The Secretary of State, in exercise of the power conferred by section 61(2) of the Crime and Courts Act 2013( 1 ), makes the following Order:

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Crime and Courts Act 2013 (Commencement No. 8) Order 2014.

Provisions coming into force on 24th February 2014

2. The following provisions of the Crime and Courts Act 2013 come into force on 24th February 2014—

(a) section 45 (deferred prosecution agreements); and

(b) Schedule 17 (deferred prosecution agreements).
