The Children and Families Act 2014 (Commencement No. 4) Order 2014

The Secretary of State for Education makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 139(6) of the Children and Families Act 2014( 1 ).

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Children and Families Act 2014 (Commencement No. 4) Order 2014.

Provisions coming into force on 1st October 2014

2. Sections 91 to 95 of the Children and Families Act 2014 come into force on 1st October 2014 for the purposes of making orders or regulations only.
