The Gambling (Licensing and Advertising) Act 2014 (Commencement No.1) (Amendment and Consequential Amendments) Order 2014

The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of powers conferred by section 6(5) and (6) of the Gambling (Licensing and Advertising) Act 2014( 1 ).

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Gambling (Licensing and Advertising) Act 2014 (Commencement No.1) (Amendment and Consequential Amendments) Order 2014.

Amendment

2. In article 2 of the Gambling (Licensing and Advertising) Act 2014 (Commencement No.1) Order 2014( 2 ), for “1st October” substitute “1st November”.

Consequential amendments

3. Wherever it appears in articles 3, 5, 6 and 7 of the Gambling (Licensing and Advertising) Act 2014 (Transitional Provisions) Order 2014( 3 )—

(a) for “1st October” substitute “1st November”;

(b) for “30th September” substitute “31st October”.
