The Designation of Rural Primary Schools (England) Order 2014

The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of powers conferred by section 15(7)(b) of the Education and Inspections Act 2006( 1 ):

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Designation of Rural Primary Schools (England) Order 2014 and comes into force on 1st October 2014.

Designation of rural primary schools

2. The schools in a list called โ€œDesignated Rural Primary Schoolsโ€ published on the Governmentโ€™s website (Gov.uk) on 30th September 2014 are designated as rural primary schools in England.

Revocation

3.The Designation of Rural Primary Schools (England) Order 2013( 2 ) is revoked.
