The Pensions Act 2014 (Commencement No. 3) Order 2014

The Secretary of State for Work and Pensions makes the following Order in exercise of the power conferred by section 56(1) of the Pensions Act 2014( 1 ).

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Pensions Act 2014 (Commencement No. 3) Order 2014.

Commencement of provisions

2. The day appointed for the coming into force of paragraphs 11 and 20 of Schedule 15 to the Pensions Act 2014 is 13th October 2014.
