The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the power conferred on him by section 241(6) of the Enterprise Act 2002( 1 ).

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Enterprise Act 2002 (Part 9 Restrictions on Disclosure of Information) (Amendment) Order 2014 and comes into force on 17th November 2014.

Amendment of the Enterprise Act 2002

2. In Schedule 15( 2 ) to the Enterprise Act 2002 at the end insert—

“ Financial Services (Banking Reform) Act 2013 ” .
