The Further Education Loans (Amendment) Regulations 2014

The Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 22 and 42(6) of the Teaching and Higher Education Act 1998( 1 ).
Citation and commencement
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Further Education Loans (Amendment) Regulations 2014 and come into force on 7th March 2014.
Amendment of Further Education Loans Regulation 2012
2.The Further Education Loans Regulations 2012( 2 ) are amended in accordance with regulations 3 and 4.
Designated Courses
3. In paragraph (1) of regulation 4 of the Further Education Loans Regulations 2012 omit sub-paragraphs (g) and (h).
Period of Eligibility
4. In paragraph (3) of regulation 5 of the Further Education Loans Regulations 2012 omit sub-paragraphs (g) and (h).
