The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 5(1) and 60(1) and (2) of the Public Passenger Vehicles Act 1981( 1 ) and after consultation with representative organisations in accordance with section 61(2) of the Act:
Citation and commencement
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Public Service Vehicles (Traffic Commissioners: Publication and Inquiries) (Amendment) Regulations 2014 and come into force on 30th December 2014.
Amendment of the Public Service (Traffic Commissioners: Publication and Inquiries) Regulations 1986
2. —(1) Regulation 3(1)(a) of the Public Service Vehicles (Traffic Commissioners: Publication and Inquiries) Regulations 1986( 2 ) is amended as follows.
(2) In sub-paragraph (iv), after “served;” insert “and”.
(3) In sub-paragraph (v) delete the second occurrence of the word “and”.
(4) Omit sub-paragraph (vi).

1981 c.14 ; section 5(1) was substituted by section 3(2) of the Transport Act 1985 (c.67) ; section 60(1) was amended by section 134(2) of, and Schedule 8 to, that Act and section 60(2) was amended by section 134(2) of that Act.
S.I. 1986/1629 , to which there are amendments but none is relevant.
