The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 32(2) of the Business Rate Supplements Act 2009( 1 ), makes the following Order:

Citation and application

1. This Order, which applies in relation to England only, may be cited as the Business Rate Supplements Act 2009 (Commencement No. 3) (England) Order 2014.

Commencement of the Business Rate Supplements Act 2009

2.Section 16(5) of, and Schedule 2 to, the Business Rate Supplements Act 2009 come into force, in so far as those provisions are not already in force, on the day after the day on which this Order is made.
