The Heathrow and Gatwick Airports – London Noise Insulation Grants (Revocations) Scheme 2014

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 79 of the Civil Aviation Act 1982( 1 ) (“the 1982 Act”), makes the following Scheme.

In accordance with section 79(6) of the 1982 Act the Secretary of State has consulted Heathrow Airport Limited and Gatwick Airport Limited, being the relevant managers for the purposes of that section.

Citation and commencement

1. This Scheme may be cited as the Heathrow and Gatwick Airports—London Noise Insulation Grants (Revocations) Scheme 2014 and comes into force on 5th January 2015.

Revocations

2. The following instruments are revoked—

(a) The Heathrow Airport—London Noise Insulation Grants Scheme 1989( 2 ); and

(b) The Gatwick Airport—London Noise Insulation Grants Scheme 1989( 3 ).
