The Lord Chancellor makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 52(2) of the Constitutional Reform and Governance Act 2010( 1 ):

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Constitutional Reform and Governance Act 2010 (Commencement No. 9) Order 2014.

Section 45(1) of the 2010 Act coming into force on 1st January 2015

2. Section 45(1) of the Constitutional Reform and Governance Act 2010 shall come into force on 1st January 2015 for all remaining purposes.
