The Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Commencement No. 19) Order 2014

The Secretary of State for Health makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 170(3) and (4) of the Health and Social Care Act 2008( 1 ).

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Commencement No. 19) Order 2014.

Appointed day for provisions relating to extension of powers under section 60 of Health Act 1999

2. 15th January 2015 is the day appointed for the coming into force of paragraph 10 of Schedule 8 to the Health and Social Care Act 2008.
