The Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 (Commencement No. 10) Order 2014

The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 120(1) of the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012( 1 ).

1. This Order may be cited as the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 (Commencement No. 10) Order 2014

2. Part 7 of Schedule 1 to the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 (corresponding Northern Ireland provision for excepted or reserved matters etc ) comes into force on the day after the day on which this Order is made.
