The Financial Services Act 2012 (Commencement No. 6) Order 2014

The Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 122(3) and (4) of the Financial Services Act 2012( 1 ), makes the following Order:

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Financial Services Act 2012 (Commencement No. 6) Order 2014.

Provisions of the Financial Services Act 2012 coming into force on 1st January 2015

2. 1st January 2015 is the appointed day for the coming into force of sections 96(1), (2), (5) and (6), 98 and 99 of the Financial Services Act 2012 for all purposes.
