Citation and commencement
1. This Scheme may be cited as the Fishing Boats (Satellite-Tracking Devices and Electronic Reporting) (England) (Amendment) Scheme 2014 and comes into force on the day after the day on which it is made.
Amendment of the Fishing Boats (Satellite-Tracking Devices and Electronic Reporting) (England) Scheme 2012
2. For paragraph 13(3)(b) of the Fishing Boats (Satellite-Tracking Devices and Electronic Reporting) (England) Scheme 2012( 3 ), substitute—
“ (b) if a payment has already been made under this Part in respect of the installation of approved software on the boat, unless the application relates to the updating of that software ” .
