The Pensions Act 2008 (Commencement No.15) Order 2014

The Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 149(1) of the Pensions Act 2008( 1 ), makes the following Order.

Citation and interpretation

1. This Order may be cited as the Pensions Act 2008 (Commencement No.15) Order 2014.

Commencement of provision

2. The day appointed for the coming into force of section 137 of the Pensions Act 2008 is 13th March 2014.
