The Crime and Security Act 2010 (Commencement No. 7) Order 2014

The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the power conferred by section 59(1) of the Crime and Security Act 2010( 1 ).

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Crime and Security Act 2010 (Commencement No. 7) Order 2014.

Commencement

2. The following provisions of the Crime and Security Act 2010 shall come into force on 8th March 2014—

(a) sections 24 to 30 (domestic violence) insofar as they are not already in force; and

(b) section 31 (guidance).
