The Child Maintenance and Other Payments Act 2008 (Commencement No. 13) Order 2014

The Secretary of State for Work and Pensions makes the following Order in exercise of the power conferred by section 62(3) of the Child Maintenance and Other Payments Act 2008( 1 ):

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Child Maintenance and Other Payments Act 2008 (Commencement No. 13) Order 2014.

Appointed day

2. The following provisions of the Child Maintenance and Other Payments Act 2008 come into force, for the purpose only of making regulations, on the day after the day on which this Order is made—

(a) section 19 (transfer of cases to new rules), so far as relating to the paragraphs referred to in paragraph (b);

(b) paragraphs 2, 3, 5, 6 and 7 of Schedule 5 (maintenance calculations: transfer of cases to new rules)( 2 ).
