The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 42 of the Housing and Planning Act 1986( 1 ), section 303A(5) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990( 2 ), paragraphs 17(1) and (2) and 18 of Schedule 8 to the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004( 3 ) and sections 7 and 232 of the Planning Act 2008( 4 ), makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Town and Country Planning (Revocations) Regulations 2014 and come into force on 14th April 2014.
Revocations
2. The Regulations listed in column 1 of the table in the Schedule are revoked to the extent specified in the corresponding entry in column 3 of that table.

1986 c. 63 , to which there are amendments not relevant to these Regulations. Article 2 of, and Schedule 1 to, the National Assembly for Wales (Transfer of Functions) Order 2000 ( S.I. 2000/253 ) provides for the powers of a Minister under section 42 of the Housing and Planning Act 1986 to be exercisable, in relation to Wales, by the National Assembly for Wales concurrently with any Minister of the Crown by whom they are exercisable.
1990 c. 8 , amended subject to transitional provisions and savings specified in SI 2005/2847 art. 3, by the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2005 c. 5 , Schedule 6, paragraph 11. The functions under s. 303A(5) are, so far as exercisable in relation to Wales, vested in the Welsh Ministers. They were previously transferred to the National Assembly for Wales by article 2 of, and Schedule 1 to, the National Assembly for Wales (Transfer of Functions) Order 1999 ( S.I. 1999/672 ); see the entry in Schedule 1 for the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (c. 8) as substituted by article 4 of, and Schedule 3 to, the National Assembly for Wales (Transfer of Functions) Order 2000 ( S.I. 2000/253 ). By virtue of paragraphs 30 and 32 of Schedule 11 to the Government of Wales Act 2006 (c. 32) they were transferred to the Welsh Ministers.
