The Financial Services (Banking Reform) Act 2013 (Commencement No. 3) Order 2014

The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the power conferred by section 148(4) of the Financial Services (Banking Reform) Act 2013( 1 ), makes the following Order:

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Financial Services (Banking Reform) Act 2013 (Commencement No. 3) Order 2014.

Appointed day for the coming into force of section 140(4) to (6) of the Financial Services (Banking Reform) Act 2013

2. Section 140(4) to (6) (recovery of expenditure incurred by Office for Legal Complaints) of the Financial Services (Banking Reform) Act 2013 comes into force on 21st March 2014.
