The Lord Chancellor makes the following Order in exercise of the power conferred by section 61(3) of the Crime and Courts Act 2013( 1 ).

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Crime and Courts Act 2013 (Commencement No. 9) Order 2014.

Provision coming into force on 6th April 2014

2. Section 25 of the Crime and Courts Act 2013 (Enforcement by taking control of goods), so far as not already in force, comes into force on 6th April 2014.
