The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 116(1) of the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012( 1 ), makes the following Order.

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 (Commencement No. 3) (Amendment) Order 2014 and shall come into force on 31st March 2014.

Amendment to the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 (Commencement No. 3) Order 2012

2. —(1) The Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 (Commencement No. 3) Order 2012( 2 ) is amended as follows.

(2) In article 13, for “31st March 2014” substitute “31st December 2015”.
