The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Mesothelioma Act 2014( 1 ).

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Diffuse Mesothelioma Payment Scheme (Amendment) Regulations 2014 and come into force on 1st July 2014.

Amendment of Schedule 4 to the Diffuse Mesothelioma Payment Scheme Regulations 2014

2. In Schedule 4 (Amount of Scheme Payments) to the Diffuse Mesothelioma Payment Scheme Regulations 2014( 2 ) for Table 1 substitute—
