The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Planning (Hazardous Substances) Act 1990( 1 ), makes the following Regulations:

Citation, commencement and application

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Planning (Hazardous Substances) (Amendment) Regulations 2015, apply to England only, and come into force on 10th June 2015.

Amendment of the Planning (Hazardous Substances) Regulations 2015

2. —(1) Schedule 1 to the Planning (Hazardous Substances) Regulations 2015( 2 ) is amended as follows.

(2) In Part 2, in column 2 of entry 18, after “Liquefied petroleum gas: 25” add the symbol “*”.

(3) In Part 4—

(a) in paragraph 5, in the definition of Q LX , before “Natural Gas (including liquefied natural gas)” insert “Liquefied petroleum gas and”;

(b) in paragraph 17(a), for “notes 14 and 15” in both places it appears, substitute “notes 15 and 16”; and

(c) in paragraph 17(b), for “note 13(a) and 14(a)”, substitute “note 14(a) and 15”.
