The Archbishops of Canterbury and York, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 3(2) of the Ecclesiastical Property Measure 2015( 1 ), make the following Order:

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Ecclesiastical Property Measure 2015 (Commencement) Order 2015.

Commencement

2. All the provisions of the Ecclesiastical Property Measure 2015 which are not already in force come into force on 1st July 2015.
