The Queenโ€™s Most Excellent Majesty in Council

Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred on Her by sections 34(2) and (3) of the Antarctic Act 1994( 1 ), and 18(2) of the Antarctic Act 2013( 2 ) is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order and it is hereby ordered, as follows:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Antarctic Act 1994 (Isle of Man) (Amendment) Order 2015 and comes into force on 1st August 2015.

Amendment of the Antarctic Act 1994 (Isle of Man) Order 1995

2.The Antarctic Act 1994 (Isle of Man) Order 1995( 3 ) is amended as followsโ€”

(a) in article 2, after โ€œthe Antarctic Act 1994โ€ insert โ€œas amended by sections 14, 15 and 16 of the Antarctic Act 2013โ€.
