The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 41 of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999( 1 ), makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. β€”(1) This Order may be cited as the Immigration (Passenger Transit Visa) (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2015.

(2) This Order comes into force on 10th August 2015.

Amendment to the Immigration (Passenger Transit Visa) Order 2014

2. β€”(1)The Immigration (Passenger Transit Visa) Order 2014( 2 ) is amended as follows.

(2) After article 4(q) insertβ€”

β€œ (qa) a valid diplomatic passport issued by South Africa; ” .
