The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 57(2) of the Infrastructure Act 2015( 1 ):

Citation

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Infrastructure Act 2015 (Commencement No. 3) Regulations 2015.

Provisions coming into force on 31st July 2015

2.Part 2 (cycling and walking investment strategies) of the Infrastructure Act 2015 comes into force on 31st July 2015.
