The Secretary of State in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 100 and 103(3) and (4) of the Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Act 2013( 1 ), makes the following Order:

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Act 2013 (Commencement No. 8 and Saving Provisions) (Revocation) Order 2015.

Revocation

2.The Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Act 2013 (Commencement No. 8 and Saving Provisions) Order 2015( 2 ) is revoked.
