The Intellectual Property Act 2014 (Commencement No. 4) Order 2015

The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of powers conferred by section 24(1) and (2) of the Intellectual Property Act 2014( 1 ).

Citation and interpretation

1. This Order may be cited as the Intellectual Property Act 2014 (Commencement No. 4) Order 2015.

2. In this Order “the Act” means the Intellectual Property Act 2014.

Commencement

3. The day appointed for the coming into force of section 10(2) for all remaining purposes and sections 10(3) to (11) of the Act is 6th April 2015.
