The Counter-Terrorism and Security Act 2015 (Commencement No. 3) Regulations 2015

The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 52(3) of the Counter-Terrorism and Security Act 2015( 1 ) makes the following Regulations:

Citation

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Counter-Terrorism and Security Act 2015 (Commencement No. 3) Regulations 2015.

Appointed day

2. Paragraphs 12 to 14 of Schedule 5 to the Counter-Terrorism and Security Act 2015 and section 25 of that Act, so far as relating to those paragraphs, come into force on 1st October 2015.
