The Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council

Her Majesty, in exercise of the power conferred on Her by section 54(1) of the Terrorist Asset-Freezing etc. Act 2010( 1 ), is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to make the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Terrorist Asset-Freezing etc. Act 2010 (Isle of Man) (Revocation) Order 2015 and shall come into force on the day after it is made.

Revocation of the Terrorist Asset-Freezing etc. Act 2010 (Isle of Man) Order 2011

2. The Terrorist Asset-Freezing etc. Act 2010 (Isle of Man) Order 2011( 2 ) is revoked.
