The Tuberculosis (Miscellaneous Amendments) (England) Order 2015

The Secretary of State makes this Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1 and 8(1) of the Animal Health Act 1981( 1 ) and now vested in the Secretary of State( 2 ).

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Tuberculosis (Miscellaneous Amendments) (England) Order 2015 and comes into force on 10th November 2015.

Amendment to the Cattle Compensation (England) Order 2012

2. In paragraph 4(1)(a) of the Schedule to the Cattle Compensation (England) Order 2012 (compensation payable following delays in testing for tuberculosis)( 3 ), for “the Tuberculosis (England) Order 2007” substitute “the Tuberculosis (England) Order 2014( 4 )”.

Amendment to the Tuberculosis (England) Order 2014

3. In article 9(3)(a) of the Tuberculosis (England) Order 2014(pre-movement testing), omit the words “in an area that is”.
