The Pension Schemes Act 2015 (Commencement No. 1) Regulations 2015

The Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 89(4)(b) of the Pension Schemes Act 2015( 1 ), makes the following Regulations:

Citation

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Pension Schemes Act 2015 (Commencement No. 1) Regulations 2015.

Provisions coming into force on 16th November 2015

2. The following provisions of the Pension Schemes Act 2015 come into force on 16th November 2015—

(a) section 77 (payments into Remploy Limited Pension and Assurance Scheme), and

(b) section 81 (extension to Scotland of certain provisions about marriage of same sex couples).
