The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 89(3), 90(2) and 459(2) of the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002( 1 ).

Citation and commencement

1. —(1) This Order may be cited as the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 (Appeals under Part 2) (Amendment) Order 2015.

(2) This Order comes into force on 30th November 2015.

Amendment of the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 (Appeals under Part 2) Order 2003

2. —(1) The Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 (Appeals under Part 2) Order 2003( 2 ) is amended as follows.

(2) In article 11 (leave to appeal to Supreme Court), before “33” insert “13B(4),( 3 )”.

(3) In article 12 (application for leave to appeal), in paragraph (1), before “33” insert “13B(4),”.

(4) In article 14 (presence at hearing), before “33” insert “13B(4),”.
