Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred upon Her by section 315(2) of the Merchant Shipping Act 1995( 1 ), is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order as follows:

Citation and Commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Merchant Shipping (Oil Pollution) (Jersey) Order 1997 (Revocation) Order 2015 and comes into force on the day after it is registered by the Royal Court of Jersey.

2. The Merchant Shipping (Oil Pollution) (Jersey) Order 1997( 2 ) is revoked.
