The Secretary of State, in exercise of the power conferred by section 7(1) of the Armed Forces (Service Complaints and Financial Assistance) Act 2015( 1 ), makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Armed Forces (Service Complaints and Financial Assistance) Act 2015 (Commencement) Regulations 2015.

2. Sections 1 to 3 of, and the Schedule to, the Armed Forces (Service Complaints and Financial Assistance) Act 2015 come into force on 1st January 2016.
