The Serious Crime Act 2015 (Commencement No. 4) Regulations 2015

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the power conferred by section 88(1) of the Serious Crime Act 2015( 1 ), makes the following Regulations.

Citation and interpretation

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Serious Crime Act 2015 (Commencement No. 4) Regulations 2015.

Provisions coming into force on 29th December 2015

2. The following provisions of the Serious Crime Act 2015 come into force on 29th December 2015—

(a) section 76 (coercive or controlling behaviour in an intimate or family relationship);

(b) section 77 (guidance about investigation of offences under section 76).
