The Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster makes these Regulations in exercise of the power conferred by section 22(2) of the Transparency of Lobbying, Non-Party Campaigning and Trade Union Administration Act 2014( 1 ).
Citation, extent and commencement
1. —(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Registration of Consultant Lobbyists (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2015.
(2) These Regulations extend to the United Kingdom.
(3) These Regulations come into force on 1st January 2016.
Amendment of the Registration of Consultant Lobbyists Regulations 2015
2. In regulation 5(1)(c) of the Registration of Consultant Lobbyists Regulations 2015( 2 ) for “£700” in both places it appears substitute “£950”.

2014 c. 4 . The reference in section 22(2) to regulations means regulations made by the Minister: section 24(1); “the Minister” is defined in section 25(1). That section was amended by the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster Order 2015 ( S.I. 2015/1376 ) and under article 3 of that Order this power is exercisable concurrently by the Secretary of State and the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster.
