The Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council

Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred on Her by section 126(8)(b) of the Scotland Act 1998( 1 ), is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order as follows:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Scottish Administration (Offices) Order 2015 and comes into force on 1st April 2015.

Specification of offices

2. The following offices are specified for the purposes of section 126(8)(b) of the Scotland Act 1998 (offices in the Scottish Administration which are not ministerial offices)β€”

(a) the Clerk of the Sheriff Appeal Court appointed undersection 59(1) of the Courts Reform (Scotland) Act 2014( 2 );

(b) a Deputy Clerk of the Sheriff Appeal Court appointed undersection 60(1) of that Act.
