The Severn Bridges Tolls Order 2015

Coming into force

1st January 2016

The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 9(1), 9(2)(b), 9(3)(b), 9(4) and 9(6) of the Severn Bridges Act 1992( 1 ) hereby makes the following Order.

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Severn Bridges Tolls Order 2015 and shall come into force on 1st January 2016.

Level of tolls

2. The tolls leviable in respect of vehicles within the categories referred to in section 8(1) of the Severn Bridges Act 1992 using either of the bridges shall be as follows:-

Category 1 vehicles £6.60
Category 2 vehicles £13.20
Category 3 vehicles £19.80

Revocation

3.The Severn Bridges Tolls Order 2014( 2 ) is hereby revoked.
