The Deregulation Act 2015 (Commencement No. 4) Order 2015

The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 115(7) of the Deregulation Act 2015( 1 ).

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Deregulation Act 2015 (Commencement No. 4) Order 2015.

Provision relating to schools coming into force on 1st January 2016

2. The day appointed for the coming into force of paragraph 2 (home-school agreements) of Schedule 16 to the Deregulation Act 2015 (and section 66(5) of that Act so far as it relates to that paragraph) is 1st January 2016.
