The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 1(1), (2) and (10) and 24(1) and (3) of the Food and Environment Protection Act 1985( 1 ), no longer being of the opinion that there exist or may exist circumstances which are likely to create a hazard to human health through human consumption of food as specified in the Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Lead in Ducks and Geese) (England) Order 1992( 2 ), makes the following Order:

Title and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Lead in Ducks and Geese) (England) (Revocation) Order 2015 and comes into force on 6th April 2015.

Revocation

2. The Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Lead in Ducks and Geese) (England) Order 1992 is revoked.
