The Secretary of State, who is a Minister designated for the purposes of section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972( 1 ) in relation to the regulation of medical devices( 2 ), makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(2).

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Clinical Thermometers (EEC Requirements) (Revocation) Regulations 2015 and come into force on 1st April 2015.

Revocation

2.The Clinical Thermometers (EEC Requirements) Regulations 1993( 3 ) are revoked.
