The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1 and 6(1) of the Government Trading Funds Act 1973( 1 ), makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. —(1) This Order may be cited as the Defence Support Group Trading Fund (Revocation) Order 2015.

(2) This Order comes into force on 1st April 2015.

Revocation

2.The Defence Support Group Trading Fund Order 2008( 2 ) is revoked.
