Citation and Commencement_I1

1. This Order may be cited as the Public Service Pensions Act 2013 (Judicial Offices) Order 2015 and comes into force on 1st April 2015.

Interpretation_I2

2. For the purposes of this Order, an office is “held on a salaried basis” if service in that office is remunerated by payment of a salary.

Judicial Offices_I3

3. A person who holds one of the offices specified in [^F1Schedule 1 or Schedule 2^F1] is a member of the judiciary for the purposes of the Public Service Pensions Act 2013.
